Please note! – It is at the discretion of wag to decide whether 24-hour boarding supervision is required. Staff may leave at 10PM after dogs are placed in their kennels, with a return before 7AM. Cameras are watched throughout the night and alarmed to our devices at home if any movement, noises or temperature changes happen. We live 2 minutes away for quick response time.
Request for certain spaces can be made, but will be fulfilled depending on availability.
We have options from tiny to XXL crates. Your dog must be able to stand up, turn around, lay down, and have water/food in order to stay in a crate.
We have options for 4’x4, 6’x4′ and 8’x4′ huts that can fit one to three pups at a time depending on their size. Each hut has a cot/bed to ensure pups are off the floor when they sleep. We typically fill these prior to using our crates due to more space!
Our VIP suites are perfect for any pooch that wants a bit more room, a luxury stay or a family with multiple dogs. This room is an additional $10/night and sell out quickly! If your dog damages the rooms including the walls, doors, or furniture there will be a $50 damage fee added to your final bill to help repair the room.
Unless behavioural concerns come up your pup will be in these spaces for our rest periods only. This includes an hour after breakfast, 11:45-1pm, 5:30-7:30 for supper, and overnight from 9:30pm to 6/7am.
